RH415 Gorham Coin Silver Coffee Set Circa 1865

A superb quality engraved hand chased three piece coin silver coffee set by the Gorham Company marked with the Gorham logo and coin. Pristine engraving with a large monogram in the cartouche. The handles have a lion face holding a ring in the mouth. This is the same pattern and period of the Lincoln service presented to the presidential family in the 1860s.
